Teachers are often blamed for everything from students marks to the reason students they teach turns out problematic.
Parents of some students who never really study just blames the teachers if the student doesn't score the marks they expect but then gets the results he/she deserves and the class teacher gets the embarrassment when the class is the ' buah mulut' of the whole school and i don't mean in the good way. It's just not fair!! Sometimes, students sabotage their teachers by manipulating their parents mind for their advantage in case teachers complain of the student's behavior so that the teacher gets the blame! Although some do, deserve it for their irresponsible ' tidak-apa' attitude towards their duty as a teacher, 80% doest deserve the bad egg thrown at them.As a student and in my point of view, some teachers definitely had it coming but the others doesn't deserve half the dose of what they get for their amount of dedication besides personal problems.
And if there's that, they would surely have the ," I hate Pn. Chua! She gives too much h/w " and " Pn. Chua!!! >sigh<>Who is ever as lucky as I am to have sucha great Sej. teacher like her....She's he best!Go, Pn.Chua!
Each students have the ' criteria ' when deciding whether or not they think a teacher rocks.
1) "Teachers?Bor-ring!!Show me one that doesn' t actually make me sleep. Then, I promise you I will pay attention in class."
2) " Teachers should listen to students more than they expect the students to listen to them! "
3) " They should clone En.Muhammad.He's the best.Totally cracks the whole class up. He's hilarious, a great teacher and knows how to punish a student best."
4) " My Sci. teacher skipped Chapt. 4 when i was Form 3 because she said , " You know more than I do".
5) My teacher treats us like babies, even if I am still in Peralihan!
*Statements mentioned above is purely fictional and may or may not be the truth.
Actually, though, no one can deny that besides friends, teachers play one of the biggest role in determining if students enjoy their day in school or not. Some teachers just causes the students to go like , " Eh!Cikgu siapa yg tak datang hari ini??"
" Cikgu ......... dan ..........."
" Ish!Kenapa pulak Cikgu ....... yang datang dan Cikgu ....... tak datang??Cikgu yg hancur je selalu masuk kelas! "
That often happens in my class. But just because they say the teacher " hancur " doesn't make he/she so. Most probably he/she never reached the tough criteria-standards of the students.
I can, even if I won't, name a few of teachers that is so bossy, they suffocate you with rules.
Sure, everyone live by rules,..but that doesn't mean you [ as a teacher ] boss the students around just because you have a cane in your hand, the entire book of rules-and-punishments in your head and the' pangkat ' or ' power ' as a discipline teacher.
Learn to handle things "The En.Muhammad Way ". He is funny and embarrasses you in public if you disobey but he is kind and considerate as a teacher. He is a discipline teacher and the only one that has so far proved that you can be a discipline teacher and make it to the top of a student's favourite list.Nearly the entire school is afraid of En.Muhammad, the teacher that could tame even the most obstinate and difficult students, but my friend and I have more respect for him than fear.
